Arrabbiata sauce contains [[garlic]], [[onion]]s, [[pancetta]], [[green olive]]s, [[tomato sauce]], and a lot of [[chili pepper]], all cooked in [[olive oil]], then used over the "penne" boiled in hot salted water. Penne will be served with grated [[Pecorino Romano cheese]] on the side and chopped [[parsley]] sprinkled on the top.
