Carlo Mantovani 1903 founded a workshop for the construction of automobiles, motorcycles and bicycles. In 1906 after the initial activities of the motorcycle and bicycle, Mantovani's production concentrated on a small Invicta, a 6/8hp (two-cylinder, three gears and chain drive) versions and a 10/12 hp (two four-cylinder blocks Three gear and chain drive) versions was offered.
