1971 - 1983
TGM was founded by Trezzi and Marchesini, Parma who build a 50-cc motorcycle for motocross with a Sachs engine that was prepared by them. The bike performd very well in races.
In 1973, they submitted a 125 cc cross into competition, again with success. In 1975, the models were improved and the engine that was mounted was a Hiro 125 cc. Towards the end of the year they added a new 250 cc Villa engine with and a 125 cc for the regular bikes. In 1978, the company participated in the World Championship cross of 125 with a big bike that had a swingarm all encased light sheet metal and a redesigned chassis based on a greater excursion off the wheels.
