1952 -
Carrozzeria Ansaloni developed an interesting prototype commissioned by a young designer named Franco Scaglione in 1952. He designed a Giardiniera ("gardener" or a "carryall"; three door station wagon) on a Fiat 1100E chassis, entirely metallic and very simple, to keep the costs low and to be versatile. Aerodynamic was very good in order to have improve performance even with a standard engine. The car was called the "Utiletta Frasca" named with the acronims of the designer's name.
