TGM was founded by Trezzi and Marchesini, Parma who build a 50-cc motorcycle for motocross with a Sachs engine that was prepared by them. The bike performd very well in races.
In 1973, they submitted a 125 cc cross into competition, again with success. In 1975, the models were improved and the engine that was mounted was a Hiro 125 cc.
