Bruna was a Carrozzeria or caochbuilder based in Genova, Italy. Bruna built the conversions for the 4-seater Fiat 500 B, probably inspired to the Lancia Ardea design. Same conversion were available for the 500 C Furgoncino, with additional descending side windows.
