The Alfa Romeo 159 is a compact sedan to be introduced in production form at the 2005 Geneva Motor Show. The Giugiaro-designed 159 uses the GM/Fiat Premium platform, shared with the Brera, Spyder, and Kamal. It will replace the 156. The 159 will be available with either front or all wheel drive. In 2006, Alfa Romeo will release a four wheel drive GTA variant with a 3.2 L V6 JTS engine.
