EOLO engines were designed by engineer Charles Bottari and presented in 1950 at the Salone di Milano show. The engine was available in two versions which had the capacities of 100cc and 125cc and were primerly built for the firm Omea. However, they were no longer heard from in the following years.
With the same engine name but manufactured in 1950, was is a micro firm ICEM (Elettromeccaniche Construction Industry) in Milan. It is a two-stroke 46 cc, mounted under the pedal, with horizontal cylinder and the transmission made by a reduction from a two-tier exchange rate and a short chain from the output pinion gear and the pedals, therefore, to rear wheel. The company continued which remained unchanged in the marketplace until 1953
