Conti
1926 -1932
Conti began after by Vittorio Conti in 1926 finding the shareholder and investor (De Stefani). They used a Della Ferrera two-stroke 125 cc engine, with a doubled cylinder, bore (36 mm) and stroke (60 mm), with a maximum power of 3 HP, a two speed transmission with a maximum speed of 70-75 km/h. With the same engine builds, in 1927 a kind bike Balloon, in 1928 another type bike called Baby (built for ladies and clergy), and in 1928 a kind Touring bike with right sidecar.
In 1929, they were still building the KSS Super Sport bike but concidered and tested the new Della Ferrera two-stroke 125 cc engine with dual exhaust but in 1930 opted for a new Jap engine with four-stroke, single cylinder 175 cc with side valves for the 175 Sport bike. In 1931 he was presented with the bike Saetta Azzurra, in two versions, a Touring and an Extra Luxury. The bikes used the Della Ferrera engine with four-stroke 175 cc valve head, Bosch magneto ignition (as tourism) and spinterogeno Bosch (deluxe version), Gurtner carburetor automatic fork type spring Druid central exchange in block three-speed, brake expansion on both wheels, transmission chain, with speeds over 90 km/h. All models were kept in production until 1932 with improvements, expansion brakes on both wheels on all models. In the same year the Conti closed its doors.
